Boxers vs. Briefs

I gotta be honest, I am a briefs guy, I like the support and they are more concealing if you get a little excited.  I wear suits a lot with fitted, flat front pants which don't hide much if you do get a little excited.  It is a little embarassing.  What are your thoughts ladies, should I not worry as much about it?

well im a very muscular sort of guy, so i can get away with briefs because of my muscular legs and butt, but i think that boxer briefs define manliness so i wear them more often

I prefer underwear that is clean and not raggedy. When they are raggedy you dont care if their boxers or breifs. This is a whole other issue that needs to be addressed.

But this episode was hilarious... you ladies had me cracking up.

okay, so being one of the only (gay) guys here, i think i should put my input in.

firstly, unless a guy has a great body, briefs make his package look VERY SMALL, unless it is small. personal experience.

boxers and boxer briefs are the way to go. appearance wise and comfort wise. i have been wearing both for quite some time and i love them. especially the boxer briefs. the hug all guys in the right places and more importantly, are very comfortable. but a dislamer to all the guys out there who are not skinny or fit, these will NOT look good on you. sorry. try a boxer. and now too boxers, there amazing. but, they tend to get annoying when they keep riding up and get all scrunchy at the top (many personal experiences).  but if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, wearing a pair of these may be considered lazy in the style department. so thats it. its just my input as guy. thanks for reading.


and for all you nasty bloggers out there who let out your anger and period rage out on the bloggers, just stop. we dont want any of that now, do we? this is suppose to be a friendly blog, if you want to let your anger out, pick somewhere out. thanks guys.

...oh and I would like to add that I love the overall nonsense-ness of the show. It's not about delivering powerfull insights and it doesn't pretend to be that either. It's very personal and authentic and I think it's funny.

For me it's boxer briefs only, solid black. Honostly, 99% of the time I'm the only one who sees them so the comfort-factor is way more important for me than the way it looks. 
And then still, I think boxer briefs look best as well.

on a hot body boxer briefs are the way to go, as far as "muffin top" the only thing that will fix that is a workout

I am one of those guys with muscular thighs, and I've been wearing boxer briefs for the last five years--chicks dig 'em!  I only wear boxers to bed...  ;)

I really don't understand why people continously post negative comments. If you don't like TMI Weekly, Julia, or the video content, then don't watch! You just end up making yourself look negative and catty. 

I thought this episode was amusing and funny - just like sharing the debate with a bunch of girlfriends. The things you guys laughed over would be the same things my friends and I would laugh over. 

My boyfriend wears boxer briefs and that's my preference. No designs, either. Just plain, solid colors like black, grey, and dark green. He does have a pair of plain, solid color boxers, but they're more for relaxing and lounging around the house. 

Why do guys always have skid marks in white underwear?! Girls' panties fit a lot more snug and we never have this! How hard is it to wipe until everything is clean?

I get that you are aiming for "light entertainment" but . . . it's almost as if you are literally trying to be puerile and irrelevant.  The lack of actual content here is amazing. 

I recall reading somewhere that your concept for TMI was to create a broadcast-version of the little chats you have with your girlfriends.  That's great, provided that it means distilling and delivering the INSIGHTFUL and CONSTRUCTIVE parts of those chats.  

You guys laughing about jokes the audience doesn't hear, and men the audience doesn't know, is not insightful.  That is the part of the conversation that needs to be cut out in editing. 

Unfortunately I get the feeling that this, and many of your other conversations, included no material worthy of being left in.  I've said it before, but the advice seems to keep landing on deaf ears- You guys really need to work on delivering content that your viewers will finding valuable and interesting. This topic, in particular, was doomed from the start.  Many of your other topics, however, are promising, but you often fail in executing them.  

One very specific observation: you guys are not funny.  There's nothing at all wrong with that - you are not producing a comedy show. But it seems like many of your segments are left in the final cut because you guys believe them to be funny; they usually are not funny to anyone but yourselves. Again, there is nothing wrong with that, but you should probably try to focus on editing in the actual content rather than the bad jokes that are going to fall flat with your audience.

Finally, please don't discount me as one of the "haters". I keep coming back because I usually like you guys and I like the idea of TMI.  I will not keep coming back much longer though if it keeps going in the direct it has been going. That is why I try to share my concerns with you.

I thought this episode would be boring because it's such a simple question but it's hilarious! Boxers all the way though for me.. they look way more masculine and sexy compared to tighty whities! Dads wear briefs. And boxer briefs really do only work on guys with muscular thighs, because I've seen guys with skinny chicken legs in them and it only seems to emphasize their skinny chicken-ness. I love buying my boyfriend boxers from Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy with cute, simple designs on them.. and I agree that cartoons are a definite no-no!
