Chop it, Dye it, Change It: Julia dyed her hair red a month ago. How have things changed since she did it and why did she do it? Can big hair changes lead to bigger changes? Less[-]
In 2008 I worked up the courage to cut off my security blanket. I had a boyfriend that made me feel bad about myself and I knew that I deserved so much better. I lost 40lbs and got myself a makeover. Cutting my hair was the best decision that year (aside from dumping him!) and having short hair since has made me more confident and feel better than ever. Its also encouraged me to keep up my weight loss to keep that jaw line defined, and its way easier to maintain!

Good for you!! You look absolutely amazing! For some reason hair is a hard thing to change, it may be because it's one of the things that makes us different from everyone else and truly unique. I think I mark periods of my life by my personal style and my haircut. A new haircut makes me feel fresh and revived!
