TMI viewer, Arwen, sent in a breakdown of the best skin and hair products for summer from her favorite (and yummy-smelling) beauty store: Lush.

For natural, great-smelling and effective summer beauty products, I look to LUSH cosmetics. Everything they have is made from natural ingredients and, as a bonus, none of them are tested on animals. Here are my personal favorites:

Hair Care: Cynthia Sylvia Stout Shampoo
The shampoo is made with real Irish stout and is really helpful in getting thick, crazy hair well-managed. Everyone says beer is good for your hair, so it's a great way to give it some bounce without dousing yourself in miller lite (ick).

Face Care: Ocean Salt Cleanser
LUSH has an amazing array of skin care products from face washes to masks to moisturizers. I personally prefer ocean salt because it mixes deep-cleaning chunks of sea salt for an exfoliant, as well as a great moisture-rich wash. Bonus: you can use it on your elbows or even feet to exfoliate dead skin. It smells like a margarita (without the tequila)!

Body Care: Dream Cream
Dream Cream should be a staple in everyone's home. The body cream has something like 14 different essential oils and can fix anything from general dry skin to eczema to tattoo care (I have two tattoos and have used Dream Cream on both, and they've healed fantastically). It is also very soothing on sunburn in the summer!
