Anna Sui is making a new line for Target that is inspired by the characters of Gossip Girl with each outfit inspired by a different character. Some garments sport the big bows for Blair fans, some cut against the rocker edge for Jenny fans, and sexy dresses sweep at the knees for Serena fans.  The line comes out September 13th.
