Throw out the old myth that you can't wear white after labor day. Mary Rambin encourages us to bring white back into our wardrobe and gives tips on ways to wear it. It's a white winter after all!
"Some sort of fur, or faux fur for you PITA fanatics"
Mary, Did you seriously just recommend fur in 2008? And on top of that you claim "faux fur" is for PITA fanatics. We all know PITA has a negative connotation. So your message is a disgrace. You are also a disgrace to people from our generation.
Julia and Meghan, Please send this "southern belle" back to Alabama where she can where her fur coats with her faux classy friends. It's obvious that she is a backwards, racist, McCain lovin', mink killer. You both are better off replacing her with someone that the audience can relate to. If I wanted to see someone like Mary, I would go to my local church 3 times a week instead.
And don't worry Mary. You should check into that Sarah Palin talk show. You would fit in very well over there (that is if your love handles can squeeze through).
If Mary doesn't give a formal apology, either on an episode or through the comments, you can say goodbye to one viewer/ supporter.
Pita is a food, the organization is spelled PETA, which makes your message also kind of a disgrace....
Although, I also kind of agree. You don't have to be a PETA fanatic to be against fur. It also kind of cancels out your claim to be "non-society" I don't know anyone except high-society folk to wear fur. It seems like such an obvious joke too, who in the world wears fur anymore except extreme stereotypes of the rich and out of touch?

Well, here's an apology on my behalf. I've actually been a vegetarian for the past 9 years (technically, I'm a pescatarian, I do eat fish, although I don't drink milk and I try to avoid eggs & cheese). I'm not a vegetarian because I don't like the taste of meat, I'm a vegetarian because I don't like what they do to animals. I'm a huge PETA supporter, as well. And I would never, ever wear fur. It's disgusting.
That said, I believe that Mary said that glibly, but she doesn't really mean it as such.

Hmmmm...not so bad! Lilly looked oddly uncomfortable the whole episode, but Mason was just as chilled as usual---is that darling dog narcoleptic or something?!
;-p
Anyhoodles, I'm not a huge fan of white here. I don't know why...the color itself((or lack thereof?)) is just, ehhh, just kinda blah to me. I guess when you're as blonde and pasty as I am, it doesn't make you look angelic as opposed to just sickly and washed out.
Give me bold colors and patterns or give me death!!
So what about fat chicks? No offense to our beloved big girls here, but I dunno if many of the portlier gals out there can really rock the winter whites too well without looking like giant marshmellows! Hmmm...something to ponder,,,
